The annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge, taking place in the city center of Frankfurt, firmly established as a major event in Elementar’s schedule: the Elementar Team took part in this popular corporate and charity run for the fifth time in a row. 63,870 runners from 2,388 companies completed the course of 5.6 km last Thursday. This year, the Elementar Team consisted of 22 team members – almost twice as many runners as last year.
Around 255,000 Euro were donated for projects of the Deutsche Sporthilfe (German Sports Aid Foundation) and the Deutsche Behindertensportjugend (German Disabled Sports Youth) who support young people with disabilities.
Team Captain Robert Naumann on the event:
The J.P. Morgan Challenge is not about winning, it’s all about team spirit. The run is a fantastic opportunity to better get to know one’s colleagues in an environment different from the workplace. And some colleagues have even founded corporate running groups, who prepare for the run in their free time.
The Elementar team already looks forward to the next JPMCC in 2019!
